The Wesley Military & First Responders Ministry support our active military and veterans. We also support 14 local fire and police departments. When requested by family members, we send care packages and Christmas cards to active military members. We supply cases of water to the first responders departments in the summer and homemade cookies and candy for them at Christmas. We support Warriors on the Water, the Veterans' carnival at the fairgrounds and Wreaths Across America with monetary support and volunteers. The ministry has a flower sale in May for Memorial Day, a table with handmade items for sale at the Christmas bazaar with 100% of the proceeds going to support the ministry. Bible, Daily Breads and veterans information are given out at these events.
